The principal characteristic of the BubbleDeck^® system is the hollow plastic
spheres (balls) used within the floor that eliminate more than 30% of the
dead load weight.  With reduced floor weight there are further reductions
in both columns and beams for greater savings.

Factory produced pre-cast panels reduce both time and costs at the
construction site and provide superior engineering characteristics compared
to traditional solid slab technology.

BubbleDeck^® provides larger spans between columns because of the
dramatic weight reduction.  Architects have more flexibility in their design
and building owners have a more efficient building for a better price.

Potential savings of a building designed in BubbleDeck^® are 25% of the
structural costs.

The BubbleDeck^® technology has been proven, extensively tested and
successfully applied in Western Europe over the last several years.  This year,
BubbleDeck North America has completed the first BubbleDeck^® building in
Canada at the Children’s, Adolescent’s & Women’s Hospital in Vancouver.

BubbleDeck^® has received many certificates of approval from the major
Western European testing facilities and has won many awards for innovation and
sustainability as BubbleDeck^® reduces the use of both water and aggregate
by 50% and all the components can be re-cycled.

This technology has been used in more than 400 buildings over the past
several years and by way of example, it is now estimated that 5% of
construction in The Netherlands is completed in BubbleDeck^®. 

Project proposals and demand for BubbleDeck^® have come from every
major city in Canada. There is a great market demand for innovative
solutions in the construction industry to meet the need for continued and
increasing requirement for high-rise buildings.  BubbleDeck^® is the logical
choice to meet this growing market demand.

BubbleDeck North America is expanding operations in our Vancouver
location and will soon open a pre-cast production plant to handle the
volume demand for this innovative product.  The company is raising private
financing for this expansion with a long term view to the United States
market and a public market listing.
